Distance builds toward each grade's race: 500m, 800m or 1600m.

Race Rehearsal

Practice the real start, the real course and the real finish line.

Race Week

School race day — bibs, timing, cheering families and finisher recognition.

Every session mixes real running with games elementary students already love, so kids build endurance without ever being asked to "just run laps."

Three Distances, One Start Line

Week six is race week. Each grade band runs the distance they have trained for, on their own school course.
